“We are unable to praise Lauren enough. It's the first time we have ever used a mobile dog groomer and the way Lauren bonded instantly with "Tia" our 12 year old Border Collie was amazing. After a recent bad experience elsewhere, it was lovely to see Tia giving Lauren kisses whilst at the same time having her nails clipped. So happy with Tamed Tails that we have already booked "Tia's" next pamper. Thank you Lauren you are a star !!!”

“The hotel could do with some updating however there are no real complaints with my stay. Ample room in the car park, the cooked breakfast was made to order with no restrictions on quantities and the staff were beyond helpful, friendly and accommodating. Check-in is normally 3pm however I needed the room sooner due to a wedding and they were happy to accommodate us. Would stay again if i needed somewhere to rest after a night out.”

“After moving away from the area some years ago, I still travel to Swithins in Shaw to have my haircut and styled because I know I’m going to leave the shop feeling a million dollars. And today was no different! :) Ellie has done an amazing job, I’m so happy with the cut...and as always I really enjoyed my visit. All Covid guidelines were followed, everyone was as welcoming and friendly as always, and I can’t praise Ellie enough!!! Highly recommended, and the coffee was lovely too :)”

“Really good, to say my dog doesn't like water or being groomed would be an understatement, and Emma does a lovely job every time, and gives Poppy lots of cuddles to help her calm down, as she knows that if your cuddling her your not washing or brushing her, lol she is such a wimp.”

“Visited for a training session. Good facilities and staff friendly. Only downside is parking but there are some private car parks a few minutes walk away that you can pay to park in...just get there early as they seem to fill up quickly”

“What an amazing meal. We came in on Saturday night and were warmly greeted by the manager Andy. It was my mums birthday and the table was set up with a birthday balloon to add a special touch to the occasion. starters were so nice, especially the parmo croquettas! The steaks were equally as tasty and so flavoursome, and with or without extra sides, we all were stuffed by the end. Our server Emily was very friendly and polite and made sure everything was all good with the meal. They even brought out a birthday board for my mum to finish off the night. 100% recommend, thank you for the great night!”

Will definitely use again I've tried scheduling ahead on apps and drivers have always turn up late. Booking via the office is by far the best way to guarantee a taxi for a certain time.”
