They have supplied me with a number of appliances over the years -a freezer, washing machines, a cooker, including delivery to a top floor flat (something Currys baulked at doing). Their prices are compatible and often better than John Lewis and they go the extra mile to find spare parts for appliances. My old Kenwood mixer has been kept going because they, and only they, found the spares.I would always use them now rather than a large distributor because of their great customer care.”

“John Lewis always seems to have great quality clothing and brands. We tend to shop online and opt for delivery, but when this option doesn't work for us, we will order for delivery to store. Great easy access spaces available right outside the separate enterance for collections only... Making it perfect for just nipping in and straight back out again, whilst missing all the husstle and bustle of the Trafford Centre. Staff seem very polite amd parcels arr licated rapidly. The store itself is vast.”

They are very considerate, if products are about to be expired or out of stock they would let you know before delivery and ask for your preference either to replace it with some other products or refund you, at least leave you choices not like many other grocery shops just chug some products that you don’t want in your bag. “I answer 2 reviews we carry out an on-site survey, once the survey has been done we ask customers to come into the showroom to look at plan and move on with everything, we have so many people who after the survey do not return calls, we cannot get them into the showroom and never move on but blame us, we are happy you spent your few pounds else where as we cannot help everyone, on our shelf we have plans going back months that we have done under the heading of rang but never moved on, ie could not be bothered to turn up. Answer for Mr Roddy, your kitchen was installed 8 years ago, your washing machine is leaking, we do not mend appliances, your warranty has expired what on earth do you want us to do about it, your decision to be nasty has hopefully back fired on you as a review 2 weeks ago which is spiteful from work you had done 8 years ago and were very happy with the job, please buy a new washing machine and leave us alone”
