“Mills Hill kitchens came highly recommended by a friend and after my initial consultation with Jon, he gave me so many ideas and options for my new kitchen, some that I hadn’t even thought of! Jon and Craig (fitter) project managed and fitted the whole kitchen from start to finish, including the rip out and arranging the trades to carry out necessary work - it couldn’t have been any smoother! The communication from Jon was brilliant, keeping me updated at every point and I knew exactly what was happening and when. Could not fault Craig either, he was reliable and punctual, worked incredibly hard and very clean and tidy. The final result is 100% better than I imagined with the finishing touches Jon and Craig recommended finishing it off perfectly. I honestly can’t rate them highly enough, passionate and knowledgable about the company and service they offer and would recommend to anyone thinking of getting a new kitchen.”

Shane moved mountains to fit us into his programme. He rapidly produced very serviceable designs for us, largely based around what parts were practically available on short order. his team were a pleasure to deal with and did an excellent job.”

We dealt with Mark who produced the design based on our requirements and explained our options for the different kitchen ranges, appliances and worktops etc. There was no “hard sell” and he was willing to take time to revisit details until we were happy. He kept in touch throughout the installation and made sure we were pleased with the final result, making more than one site visit in the process. The fitter (Mick) did an excellent job, completing the work to a high standard within the original expected timescale. He also made one or two suggested improvements to the detail of the design which added to the overall finish. They arranged for the worktops to be installed by a specialist company with a first-class result. We are very pleased with our kitchen and the service provided by Moorgate from beginning to end.”

The design service provided by Sam and Michael was excellent and there was no pushy sales style anywhere to be seen. The kitchen was delivered on the day and time agreed, and was then installed by Ryan over the next 3 weeks. Ryan was also a joy to deal with and the finish of the kitchen is superb. We did have a couple of minor supply issues and these were resolved quickly and professionally by Natasha and Chris.... It's often the case that companies can best be judged by their response to problems. Thanks to the whole team in Sale and at the factory for a great customer experience.... And see you in 20 years!”

“I answer 2 reviews we carry out an on-site survey, once the survey has been done we ask customers to come into the showroom to look at plan and move on with everything, we have so many people who after the survey do not return calls, we cannot get them into the showroom and never move on but blame us, we are happy you spent your few pounds else where as we cannot help everyone, on our shelf we have plans going back months that we have done under the heading of rang but never moved on, ie could not be bothered to turn up. Answer for Mr Roddy, your kitchen was installed 8 years ago, your washing machine is leaking, we do not mend appliances, your warranty has expired what on earth do you want us to do about it, your decision to be nasty has hopefully back fired on you as a review 2 weeks ago which is spiteful from work you had done 8 years ago and were very happy with the job, please buy a new washing machine and leave us alone”
