“Mills Hill kitchens came highly recommended by a friend and after my initial consultation with Jon, he gave me so many ideas and options for my new kitchen, some that I hadn’t even thought of! Jon and Craig (fitter) project managed and fitted the whole kitchen from start to finish, including the rip out and arranging the trades to carry out necessary work - it couldn’t have been any smoother! The communication from Jon was brilliant, keeping me updated at every point and I knew exactly what was happening and when. Could not fault Craig either, he was reliable and punctual, worked incredibly hard and very clean and tidy. The final result is 100% better than I imagined with the finishing touches Jon and Craig recommended finishing it off perfectly. I honestly can’t rate them highly enough, passionate and knowledgable about the company and service they offer and would recommend to anyone thinking of getting a new kitchen.”

Being able to use the Virtual Reality headset to see our kitchen design in 3D & virtually move around it was extremely beneficial to perfecting our design together. The details clearly matter to Kemp Kitchen Design Studio, from the best storage solutions to the choice of handles, & this shows in the high quality finished product. The fitters, Richard for the kitchen & Harry for the utility room, were very professional & ensured that we were consulted & satisfied with their work at each stage of the process. The kitchen is finished to a high quality and the project management of the whole process was unbelievably professional. Emma was in contact with us, on an almost daily basis, and any questions we had during the installation, she was there to answer them instantly. She would email regularly just to see if there was anything she could do; it really was an impressive service. All the tradesmen were on time, professional, clean and polite. “We visit here for the first time yesterday for my friends birthday, a group of 10 people. The staff were very accommodating and polite and quick to serve us. The menu isn't overwhelming, yet with lots of choice and the food, well........ Absolutely gorgeous, fresh, full of flavour, and served beautifully. We will most certainly be back. “It was my first visit to Door 34. Inside downstairs is quite compact, and was full when I visited last week. But there are a couple of rooms upstairs, and that is where I went. I ordered when I went in, a Cappuccino and Banana cake. As I said they were quite busy, and my order took around 25 minutes to arrive, but worth waiting for. The large Cappuccino was one of the best I have had, and the cake very nice. Staff were friendly and I enjoyed the experience in nice clean surroundings. I will definitely go again.”

We definitely put them under a lot of pressure with having just four months to design and fit a brand new kitchen with us still living in the property. They were all fantastic - Diane and Victoria’s attention to detail, the fitters were punctual, polite and tidy, the office staff were always quick to get back to me with my many questions, even the after care has been great.
