Also recently had an issue with a manurmanufact defect on one shoe that had been purchased a few months prior. This was resolved within moments of walking into the shop. The website is a great addition, really user friendly and simple to navigate around. “They are great at being fast, efficient, and semi affordable. Their biggest drawback is their communication over the phone lots of times they offer services they don’t have or give the blatant wrong information on prices and items they have in their inventory. I don’t know if the employees just don’t understand what was asked over the phone or miscommunication, but I think that’s the issue. I wouldn’t say they straight out lie cus their customer service isn’t like terrible, but who knows. Most honest review possible”

“After the poor experience from JD I went to Footasylum were i was greeted by staff. I chose the trainers that I wanted and a tall gentleman looked after me and was quick and efficient. Very good experience and my little girl got the trainers she wanted. There was a lady at the stairs who said good bye and have a nice day. I will be coming back. Thabkyou.”
