The fitters, Richard for the kitchen & Harry for the utility room, were very professional & ensured that we were consulted & satisfied with their work at each stage of the process. “I'm currently on the 100 hour TIY training. It's a very intense, in-depth course and very well thought through. The teacher's understanding and knowledge around trauma and how to safely support someone through Trauma Informed Yoga in their healing is outstanding. The course is set up with a perfect blend of self-enquiry and reflection, practical sessions and theory. I particularly liked the triad work in-between sessions as it gives us a chance to apply what we've learned as well as direct feedback from the other students. All the coaches at the gym are of high level and give clear instructions making it very beginner friendly. Not only this but all the members are friendly and really approachable.
