We were introduced to Joseph who took the time to show us some rings, all exceptional quality, but not what I had in mind, so he suggested he could design and make the ring of my choice. I was completely blown away by the finished piece, it was outstanding, even better than I had planned. It has received lots of comments about its sparkle and plenty of admiration. So impressed that we then bought earrings for valentines day. “Just want to shout from the rooftops about how fabulous Hill & Hill The Jewellers are. I’m not friend nor family so this really is the most genuine review. They were amazing over the phone on my first enquiry, and then more so when we called in to book an appt. They made up a gorgeous gift box for my daughter with her appt card as her ear piercing was a Christmas gift - complete with glittery star confetti, tissue and ribbons! They were so knowledgeable, reassuring and patient with my daughter, had a fabulous choice of earrings and she had a full 45 minute appointment to herself in a really lovely lounge area and private upstairs studio complete with all the privacy and mirrors every little girls heart would desire. I was even surprised to find this much nicer experience was no more than I was quoted for the shop window experience Claire’s offers. I’ve witnessed several times now the care they have taken in helping customers, choose jewellery for themselves or as gifts at varying price points and would absolutely make them my first choice for purchases in the future. How fabulous to have such a traditionally customer focused business that really seem to care in our town”
