Jon and Craig (fitter) project managed and fitted the whole kitchen from start to finish, including the rip out and arranging the trades to carry out necessary work - it couldn’t have been any smoother! The communication from Jon was brilliant, keeping me updated at every point and I knew exactly what was happening and when. Could not fault Craig either, he was reliable and punctual, worked incredibly hard and very clean and tidy. The final result is 100% better than I imagined with the finishing touches Jon and Craig recommended finishing it off perfectly. “Chris and the team have been a huge help with getting our swimming pool up to peak working performance. After a series of issues previously (with another company) they've rectified and improved the functionality of the pool and spa and they've also future proofed pool which has been a massive sigh of relief and weight off our minds. We now have a crystal clear pool and jacuzzi and a new chemical dosing system. Chris has been professional, reliable and trustworthy and always been just a call away if we had any questions or worries. Looks like solid business relationships, most people were ordering huge lists of things. The staff still took the time to help on a potentially small order. They are also happy to fetch stock items for you to inspect prior to buying. Free parking as well.”

Knowledgeable personal service and outstanding delivery; the item we chose was in stock, purchased at lunchtime and delivered the same afternoon! I think we were a little fortunate in that respect, but it indicates that if it can be done they'll do it. Everything so much better than the retail park multiples and their sales target driven assistants.”

We dealt with Mark who produced the design based on our requirements and explained our options for the different kitchen ranges, appliances and worktops etc. There was no “hard sell” and he was willing to take time to revisit details until we were happy. He kept in touch throughout the installation and made sure we were pleased with the final result, making more than one site visit in the process. The fitter (Mick) did an excellent job, completing the work to a high standard within the original expected timescale. He also made one or two suggested improvements to the detail of the design which added to the overall finish. They arranged for the worktops to be installed by a specialist company with a first-class result. We are very pleased with our kitchen and the service provided by Moorgate from beginning to end.”
