“I couldn’t recommend The House of Laser Clinic enough. Amy is professional and personal, I always feel totally at ease. Her clinic is clean and has parking on site. And the treatments are fairly priced. I came to Amy after a recommendation from a friend. I’d previously had a bad experience from a different clinic, being left with serious burns (which is very rare and due to bad practise). Amy took extra time during the initial consultation to fully understand the lasting affects I was suffering with and totally reassured me. Throughout all of my treatments she has done the same, and made sure I was totally comfortable and happy - I can’t thank her enough! “I was recommended Chris Bramah (Extra Mile Health) by my running coach. Prior to Chris’s treatment I had suffered constantly with hypermobility syndrome. This was made worse by running - which I loved. I was in constant pain every day and found day to day tasks challenging. I went to Chris as a last resort, in the hope that I could live relatively pain free. What I did not expect was that after a few months of treatment/working alongside Chris in the gym, I would to be back running and running better than before! “My husband visited the Burnley clinic after having severe sciatica pain for several weeks. He was able to book a fast appointment within a few days. The service was fantastic from start to finish. Dr Akhtar was very professional and put him at ease. He was very thorough and got straight to the problem which was a slipped disc on the sciatic nerve. After the initial consultation my husband went back for a spinal injection. He found it was better to have a few days rest off work to enable recovery. Bed rest and gentle excercises every hour helped. We would definitely recommend Dr Akhtar and his team. Thank you”

Teaching kids and adults classes with the focus on self defence, fitness and becoming mentally the best person you can be. Best decision we've made as a family was to bring our son along. He was shy, had emotional issues and lacked any confidence. Two and a half years on he's British and European Kickboxing Champion and Qualified for 3 England teams this year. “I'm currently on the 100 hour TIY training. It's a very intense, in-depth course and very well thought through. The teacher's understanding and knowledge around trauma and how to safely support someone through Trauma Informed Yoga in their healing is outstanding. The course is set up with a perfect blend of self-enquiry and reflection, practical sessions and theory. I particularly liked the triad work in-between sessions as it gives us a chance to apply what we've learned as well as direct feedback from the other students. Thanks to all teachers for a very valuable course and their compassion and support throughout the course. I will take what I've learned not just into my TIY sessions but all my modalities.
