“Well positioned shop, with ample space for the full Rapha range. Usually have good stock of most items and staff are very helpful and friendly. The cafe is also a gem, serving great coffee and a selection of cakes, sandwiches etc. Little pricey, but it is rapha after all! There is usually some cycling on the big screens, and a nice atmosphere. The window bar seats are a great place to people watch over King Street.”

“I want to share my amazing experience after being served by Adam on December 3rd. This guy absolutely made my day. I brought my bike in because there were a lot of things that needed fixing. People at Halfords told me that it'd cost me a lot to fix it and that they'd need 5+ days to have it ready. I ask Adam for advice and this guy is already getting his hands dirty, trying to fix my bike. It only took him less than 15' to repair the things I needed help with, whilst looking after my bike as if it was his own. Honestly, I'll only be visiting Decathlon from now on and he's the reason why. He was super polite and helpful, which made the experience even better! Thank you so much Adam! :)”

“What a joy to step into (excuse the pun) such a great shoe shop. Marvellous customer service. Danny and his whole family work together to make it a pleasant experience. The range of shoes is great. I have to have comfortable fitting shoes and I've found a gem of a shoe shop that supplies such high quality, comfortable fitting shoes. More importantly wider fitting ones too! In the past I've walked long distance and endured the pain but with Allens footwear I'm now able to to walk long distance in amazing pain-free comfort. “This brand new location is the largest COS store in the UK, according to retail staff. And it really is beautiful and pristine, with lots of natural light! The store design is pretty minimal, yet practical (most sizes displayed to pick from). Also there are comfortable seating areas located throughout the space, which make it cosy enough for when you’re waiting for someone in the fitting room. The fitting cabins are bright and roomy - and if you dare to come out there is a huge mirror that really helps in making your final decision. To end, the retail staff is lovely and welcoming, one can tell that they are proud and happy to work there. Enjoy!”

“Came in for front and rear bulb replacement, the young man who changed and fitted the bulbs I think his name was Josh, his name certainly began with a J was efficient, knowledgeable and a credit to Halfords. He explained that he had been doing this job for less than a year which surprised me as he was extremely competent. Thank you and great work.”
