“After the poor experience from JD I went to Footasylum were i was greeted by staff. I chose the trainers that I wanted and a tall gentleman looked after me and was quick and efficient. “Went for breakfast brunch with my son. Excellent value for money, he had the Big Set Breakfast and I had the Skinny Breakfast and we both swapped out an item and replaced it with extra hash brown/poached egg, (which were poached to perfection). Felt covid safe, temperature taken on arrival, hand sanitizer, tables well spaced out. Will definitely go back, especially as they have breakfast and drinks loyalty cards.”

“A wonderful park...BMX track which we enjoyed watching people use, different areas of the park including an area with sandpit, swings, slides, climbing apparatus, a zip line that was unfortunately broken, a small pond with ducks and a fantastic interactive game with silver poles that had built in touch screen games such as 2 people one is red one is blue and when your colour lights up on pole you hit it to turn it off - never seen before and it was a huge hit!!”

“The grounds of Mesnes Park are kept beautifully, certainly a lovely walk with much to do. There’s good old Fredericks ice cream at the centre with reasonably priced ice cream and deserts available, parks for the kids to play, plenty of space and smooth paths for kids (or adults) to roller skate/skateboard, and plenty of ducks, swans and geese (I think) to feed. Overall, a lovely little trip now the weathers getting better!”

“When not in covid, Perfect place for young ones to kick a ball, throw a Frisbee. Large enough to socially distance, and a nice woodland area to walk around. About 1km to walk around the outside, with some picnic tables and in the summer, a chip and putt course.”
