“A very good shop and an amazing range of football shirts. Some good prices as well and good to look around, the staff were very kind and helpful. Football shirts of all teams all countries/ leagues and international teams, even signed shirts. The shop is a great idea and is amazing to see all the old shirts that you can purchase”

“Beautifully maintained grounds and campus. World class and probably one of the very best of facilities in the academy. Staff all round the academy are very welcoming and polite. Formal areas are secure and very well maintained. Great atmosphere for all age groups to come and enjoy the sport.”

“Impressive store, everything you need for yourself and the kids if you support Manchester United. Security is tight and you need to pass through a metal detection system, very much like at the airport. It's quick and easy though.”

“Difficult to find from Sat Nav but we got there in the end. It was perfect for us as we were there for The Dream Syndicate at Band On The Wall which was less than five minutes walk. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was busy as some football fans from Germany were there too. Their team got beaten 7-0 off Manchester City so understand subdued.”

“Our stay was excellent, clean room comfortable bed, and quiet. Reception team were amazing and super helpful and polite. Shona and Tracey I think they were called, couldn't do enough but they could of used another set of hands at happy hour. We stayed 4/2/23 and we would book again”

“Had a lovely stay. Great location walking distance to Central Manchester. Breakfast is good, nice staff. Parking is expensive at Q Piazza. Free to park bays 8pm to 8am outside and other cheaper car parks around 10 mins walk”

“As soon as you enter the venue you are welcomed by a lovely relaxing smell which is throughout the building to the rooms. The staff greeted us and let us store our luggage until check in time. We came back after getting lunch at a spot around the corner, early check in was not available. The room was really big - we booked the standard room - and decor was 10/10. Really chic and industrial. Love that you have a fridge in your room and given nice water and coffee/tea selections. We did not dine in the restaurant unfortunately, however it looked and smelled great with a really chilled atmosphere. The only thing I could suggest to enhance our stay would be if there was a 2nd mirror in the room as it was a struggle for us both to get ready together. Also, the kettle was quite an odd choice for the rest of the room being so well decorated... it was just an old black plastic one (just a small point to make but it didn't effect our stay). Will be back. The location was perfectly handy for getting around the city. Right beside China Town and the Gay Village.”

“We stayed here as we were attending a good at the O2 Victoria Warehouse. The location was ideal, literally a stones throw from the venue. Tamia who checked is in was lovely and very accommodating. We had booked a twin room but when we entered our room the second bed wasn't made up. No problem, she quickly sorted it by moving us to another room ! Lovely friendly staff, comfy beds & a good nights sleep. Good value for money ! Would definitely stay here again & recommend for anyone attending a gig at the Warehouse or the football at Trafford Park.”

“Great rooms, decent size. Everything you need. Bathrooms are tired to be honest and the bathroom floor needs changed, it was old vinyl and bubbled causing it to raise in areas. The restaurant staff at dinner were extremely friendly and good service. The food was exceptional.”

“Very warm welcome by a tall young man on reception and when checking out. AJ on the bar gave excellent service and chat a lovely lad. Food was really good and breakfast was great. Room was good a little to warm though and we couldn't turn it down or open a window. Enjoyed our stay very much.”

“Cannot beat the location right in city centre , plenty of shops nearby and less than 10 mins walk from Piccadilly station! Rooms are comfortable , clean and good price. Breakfast is good value too with a wide range of items available. Staff are friendly and efficient. Would definitely stay again.”

“It was a nice place to reside on the weekend. The breakfast was very good as well as the stuff who attend our requirements and questions immediately which added a warmth to the place. I'd recommend everyone who pop down to Manchester to stay over in Holiday Inn. They really deserve 10 out 10. Ciao”

“Stayed here for 1 night on 17.02.23 and I can genuinely say it’s the best travelodge I’ve stayed in. Very clean, breakfast was great and Big thank you to the Assistant Manager Abbie George for her professional, friendly and approachable customer service - especially considering we experienced a false fire alarm during the early hours which was dealt with and over very quickly. Great stay! Will come here again.”

“Extremely good welcome by Julie (Deputy Manager). She asked if we had a preference of which floor we would like a room. Our room was very clean and spacious. Fantastic walk in shower. If I am being picky, there is an issue that we find in any hotel we stay in, the remote control for the tv was dirty and clearly not been cleaned for a while. I cleaned it myself with some Antibacterial lotion. As we are going before breakfast is served, we are able to select a grab a bag. Overall, we would definitely use this hotel again for the airport. It is a 5 minute car/taxi ride from T2.”

“I don't have high enough praise for my stay here! It's cleanliness and hygiene of the rooms are second to non! TV, double bed, hairdryer, huge shower, hot shower, phone, tea coffee station, blackout curtains,.ac/heating all for 39 quid!! Oh and most importantly clean carpet and bedding! Oh and huge clean towels that cover you from neck to toes! Food all day! The restaurant staff are amazing! The proper check in desk and procedures lockable door, key card entry. WiFi! It's everything it says it is!”
