"Ordered via app after a menu came through door. App works fine but delivery was 45 mins late. Food was cold. Sold as "gourmet" but found it to be sub standard compared to other more humble takeaways. Won't be returning."
"Shocking service. Ordered at 10:20 quoted half an hour to forty minutes. Called up after an hour, and twice more after that. Was told driver was on his way even though they hadn't asked which address I'd called from. Delivery driver was apologetic for the lateness, but when the food finally arrived, the order was incorrect, with the restaurant not having paid attention to our specific dietary requirements. I called them to let them know I'd be going back to get a refund, at which point they blamed the delivery driver. Very unprofessional. Don't promise to fulfill orders if you are unable to complete them. Now having to go out at midnight to try and get some food."
"I feel robbed, both on the fact this take away took my money for items I payed for and didn't receive, the food they DID send was rancid and for the way Google is making me give them even 1 star because if it was up to me i would give them a minus, Oh they also ignored my phone call when I called to ask about missing items. It says something when the best part of my order was the canned drink! DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED ON THIS PLACE!"
"First of all, it ain't even worth 1 star. I just tried their food and their kebabs are very disgusting. It tasted like something else but I don't know what. What are they trying to do? Poison me?!?! And what kind of chips do they have??? I picked a chip up with a fork and it was all sticked together. The chips were very dry. They can't even cook. My recommendation is never order from this place. Worst takeaway ever!"
"Excellent food quality. Clean, tasty and not greasy. Impressed with everything except the Ribs could be better quality and less fatty I've had better. All other products are 5* and Service is exceptional. I always collect and have never been let down. Keep it up."
