I was upset and frustrated from the call centre agent and when I arrived in store I explained what had happened and it was resolved, with a smile and a glass of fizz. “Excellent quality food and excellent service. This was our third stay at Premier Inn hearld Green Manchester. The beefeater restaurant has an great choice of dishes on the menu,we had the meal deal which includes two courses plus a alcoholic drink plus unlimited breakfast. The quality of food is excellent and staff are excellent hard working and polite. Thank you to all the staff but a special mention to Nicole you have such a lovely friendly personality and always smiling and hard working. Look forward to seeing you again in March.”

“This is one of the better reviewed hotels around the vicinity of Manchester Airport. There's another Premier Inn across the road (North), and this is South. That was the main reason we chose to stay here, despite it not being the cheapest. The room allocated to us was very spacious, with lots of space for us to reorganise our 4 suitcases, as we flew on from one country, and were flying out to another, the following day. We had our own car, so had to pay for overnight parking, which was £10. Some of the other hotels are charging £25! Check-in was quick and efficient. Bed was comfortable, and shower was strong and hot. Couldn't have asked for anything more. We didn't have any meals at the hotel, so we are not able to comment on that. Overall, it was a very comfortable room to stay in. We will definitely stay here again if we have an early flight out.”

“Stopped on the way on holiday and the room, restaurant and service was all good. Booked a last minute night returning due to a very delayed flight, and again got a good rate and good service. The cherry on the top was a surprise bottle of wine to celebrate our honeymoon. Not expected at all and such a lovely gesture. ☺️”

“We needed somewhere to crash for an extended period of time before a flight. The staff here were very helpful when we arrived. We can not fault the guy on the phone and the lady on site for how good they were to us. The room was a lot more spacious than expected and it had the cricket test on the telly. The bed wasn’t amazing, but the room was cheap so we were not expecting the Ritz. We got lunch nearby at San Carlo, which was very close and tasty.”

“Back from a presentation today and both my husband and myself were very impressed with the whole set up. The sales people Kart and Jamie at the Manchester office were very welcoming and professional. They explained the product very well and there was no hard sales pitch. On the contrary they explained everything in detail and how the finances worked comparing it to our current spending. The cost for a very high end plush product was very appealing with regards to the price allowing world travel to 5 star resorts at an affordable price. Sadly our travel plans at this time are very different to what is being offered so we had to decline. However, we both feel we will revist the CLC World option in the future. We thought it was all a very good marketing set up and emphasise that there was no hard sale. We were rewarded with £50 M&S vouchers and a weeks free accommodation for our time. We look forward to seeing what is on offer at one of their resorts over the next 12 months”

“I was very apprehensive of booking umrah with a toddler and from day one I was reassured by brother Amr how he would coordinate most of the trip to give least stress to myself. I can absolutely confirm this umrah experience during Feb half term 2023 was thoroughly organised well by Mayar travel and everything went smoothly alhamdulila. I had no hassle at any of the hotels for check in as brother Amr had organised the rooms in advance and to be ready. The airport service was greatly organised and having a driver was very convenient. I was able to focus on my umrah and toddler and had a great sense of peace knowing brother Amr was a WhatsApp message away for any support and help.
