Had to ask that they correct the date of passing motorcycle test AND correct date of passing car test, both of which were given to call handler. I then sent email enclosing my no claims bonus proof along with confirmation of dates of test passed and security devices which are always on my bike; I checked my policy carefully and could find no mention of my security devices (magnum plus collosus level 10) among other devices.
