Since I came in, they served me friendly with a drink, they helped me to keep my stuffs in the locker and explain to me what I am going to do today. “Sam is the most amazing addition to your wedding. Having entertainment as fun and as engaging as this is the best thing you will ever do. No-one wants to be bored at a wedding, and Sam makes sure that no-one is. No matter what age, he entertained everyone during our day. Sam was responsive throughout the booking process, and so flexible when (covid wedding) we delayed. He was so easy to work with, and like one of the guests during our day! “I was recommended Chris Bramah (Extra Mile Health) by my running coach. Prior to Chris’s treatment I had suffered constantly with hypermobility syndrome. This was made worse by running - which I loved. I was in constant pain every day and found day to day tasks challenging. I went to Chris as a last resort, in the hope that I could live relatively pain free. What I did not expect was that after a few months of treatment/working alongside Chris in the gym, I would to be back running and running better than before! One of the qualities of Chris that sets him above any physiotherapists I have previously seen is his ability to solve extremely complex injuries. He puts it into terms that are easy to understand, and he will take you through the biomechanics. It’s clear that Chris is passionate about his job and cares about the individuals he treats. I attend appointments with Chris regularly. This can be a mixture of treatment or gym work, all of which have been valuable in keeping me pain free. I have had a personalised strength and conditioning plan put together ensuring I’m keeping my body strong. I always look forward to my appointments with Chris as it’s an opportunity to learn, improve and adapt.”

“Scott has been walking my dog, Rupert, for nearly 1.5 years. He started doing puppy visits initially until he was vaccinated which he then joined the group walks. Throughout it all Scott has been amazing with him and Rupert gets so excited every time he gets picked up! The best touch on it is the updates via Instagram stories where I can see my little boy running around being happy. I highly recommend the value of the service for the price compared to doggy day care.”

“After taking our 18month very lively boxer dog to see Glyn for only 2 lessons so far, the results have been amazing!!! Glyn is showing us how to keep our dog engaged and be in control. Glyn has an amazing way of making our dog want to learn and listen, skills he is very patiently trying to pass to us. We all love the lessons and come away with new skills to practice each time. After having a puppy during lockdown, with no way of meeting new people in his first year, Glyn has been absolutely brilliant with his over excitement issues. “We went here on the second day. They have a very nice and simple menu of great traditional Mediterranean dishes. We tried a wide selection of starters, mains and desserts and they all deliver very high quality whilst being very well priced. The service is very friendly and it is a welcome and addition to the area, you will not be disappointed.”

“So it has now been over a year that I have been taking my dog to Barkside twice weekly. And I can report that they remain firmly in my mind as the most fantastic doggy daycare I have EVER come across. Each member of staff is absolutely lovely. And you can tell loves dogs and cares for them as if they were their own. The place is immaculate. And my dog is always daisy fresh and happy when I pick him up at the end of the day. In fact in the winter he often doesn't want to leave as they have heat lamps keeping him lovely and toasty. Lol. I literally couldn't recommend this place more highly.”

“We tried the "Space Evader" room as a family. It was different from other rooms we have tried as you just have to solve as many puzzles as you can in the 1 hour. Plenty of variety in the puzzles and a decent set layout. Staff were friendly and helpful. Price was quite reasonable compared to other places.”

Both gentleman were very professional and helpful, in giving me directions to their small clinic (only a few blocks away from the Whitefield Tram station), scheduling my test, and getting my results back to me in less that 1 hours time. Huge sense of relief about my negative test and easy process!”
