The Practice has evolved over the years. But the service remains the same, namely consistently very good and the team are always very caring. I decided to write this post today, as I had a slight pain in my gum yesterday evening and I noticed that a crown had become lose. Julian Leiner-Parry put me at my ease straight away and he went to great lengths to preserve the tooth, after I had been told at another practice that it would have to come out. “I have been a patient here for a few years, and I find the team very friendly and professional. Following the adjustment of my teeth with braces at a different clinic, I needed some cosmetic dental work in the form of teeth whitening and composite bonding. I had a number of consultation sessions with Dr Harris who took moulds and talked me through what the treatment would involve and was very supportive throughout the process. On the day of the bonding treatment I was expecting it to be painful, but through the expertise of the dentist I felt no discomfort and the results are exceptional. “Have been going to this dentist for afew years now and it’s always been good, we went for our check ups today to find our old dentist has left and there was a new dentist and dental nurse. The dentist Dr Tanvi is such a lovely young lady (as was the dental nurse) so friendly and explained everything as she was going along even had afew laughs. I have to say I don’t think I have ever felt so relaxed at any dentist I have been to. Also to the young lady receptionist Amy who was also very friendly and helpful. I don’t think anyone really likes going to the dentist but I would like to thank you all for making the experience almost a pleasure lol x”
