“I was recommended Chris Bramah (Extra Mile Health) by my running coach. Prior to Chris’s treatment I had suffered constantly with hypermobility syndrome. This was made worse by running - which I loved. I was in constant pain every day and found day to day tasks challenging. I went to Chris as a last resort, in the hope that I could live relatively pain free. What I did not expect was that after a few months of treatment/working alongside Chris in the gym, I would to be back running and running better than before! One of the qualities of Chris that sets him above any physiotherapists I have previously seen is his ability to solve extremely complex injuries. He puts it into terms that are easy to understand, and he will take you through the biomechanics. It’s clear that Chris is passionate about his job and cares about the individuals he treats. I attend appointments with Chris regularly. This can be a mixture of treatment or gym work, all of which have been valuable in keeping me pain free. I have had a personalised strength and conditioning plan put together ensuring I’m keeping my body strong. I always look forward to my appointments with Chris as it’s an opportunity to learn, improve and adapt.”

“I'm currently on the 100 hour TIY training. It's a very intense, in-depth course and very well thought through. The teacher's understanding and knowledge around trauma and how to safely support someone through Trauma Informed Yoga in their healing is outstanding. The course is set up with a perfect blend of self-enquiry and reflection, practical sessions and theory. I particularly liked the triad work in-between sessions as it gives us a chance to apply what we've learned as well as direct feedback from the other students. Thanks to all teachers for a very valuable course and their compassion and support throughout the course. I will take what I've learned not just into my TIY sessions but all my modalities. “State of the art gymnastics centre...From the minute you walk in and speak to staff on the desk you know this is an amazing gymnastics centre. Amazing helpful staff and facilities. With an immaculate and clean cafe where parents can sit and watch. Staff are so helpful and wonderful coaches it has a great Atmosphere for the gymnasts from elites to recreational. My son loves his recreational sessions and my daughter is thriving in squad. Both look forward to their sessions every single time, an amazing gym just try it !!”

“I went to Oxygen Manchester for a viewing. Honestly, it is one of the amazing places in Manchester from the first moment when you walk in the Receptionist they welcomed us with a smile after that we met Osman Nazar from ACL Lettings he welcomed us and showed us the flat and all the facilities, he was honest with us and helped us through the whole process and I appreciate all his efforts and the support he gave to us. Unlike other agenciesI found that with ACL it was easy to get an appointment and to proceed with the viewing. Osman he did a greart job, he was very professional with us and we felt comfortable in our viewing with no rushing unfortunately like other agencies. I loved all the facilities especially the swimming pool, gym everything was very clean and spotless. Hannah is so creative with the props for class, and she does a brilliant job at engaging all the babies and parents. It's just such a lovely group to go to, and we look forward to it every Tuesday. It also has a great resource area with lots of information and event details from numerous charities - Wheel Power, Limbless Association, Limb Power, Blesma, Reach, MacMillan Cancer Support, ManFit, Age UK, LimbCare and many more. The Ability Matters Store is here too, which stocks disability aids and equipment. The lovely staff can help you find exactly what you need to make your daily routine easier. Plus plenty of accessible car-parking.”
