“My daughter, Faye, is due to attend her 4th lesson with Rob at Marple Gracie Jiu Jitsu this Friday. Although it's technically challenging with a lot of information to absorb, especially considering she has only just turned 7 years old in February; she has really started to pick up the techniques Rob has shown her and put them into practice with the other children. During the week until the next lesson, we practice together to reinforce Robs teaching. Robs teaching is set at a good pace with each pair of children receiving a fair amount of individual time with Rob to help them develop the proper technique. The children have welcomed Faye and made her feel at home. The older children in her class have been kind and patient when she hasn't understood something which is great. Great coach, awesome children and a fun, learning environment. Would definitely recommend!”

“I have been learning to improve my front crawl with Emmie. She is a great teacher, very friendly, she listened to what I want to achieve and helped me a lot! She corrected where I was doing wrong which I never realised! We worked on my strokes, arms kicks body positions and tumble turns and a lot of other stuff. “Too quality experience here. Booked a gait analysis a few hours prior (same day) and turned up to find everything set up and ready and one staff member dedicated to helping me out. The staff couldn't do enough for me - plenty of advice given and questions asked to make sure I was getting the right type of shoe. Eventually came out with a perfect pair of trainers which were price-matched by them from another company but retaining the same warranty from RN. Would highly highly recommend to buy new running trainers at a competitive price but with a tailored and brilliant service.”

“Took the kids to an event at MMU last night. The staff couldn’t do enough for you, they are really polite and helpful, great with the kids too. The wrestlers had great stories and injected humour into the situation. They were always willing to pose for pictures which my son loved. They got the crowd involved throughout leading to a really good atmosphere. The cost of the tickets was very reasonable and we all had a great time. If you fancy a laugh and a couple of beers with mates then go and see them. Well worth the money, a great night out. Well done FSW ❤️”
