“Superb service, we were delayed due to an emergency with another doggo but despite this and several distractions (that made our eyes roll) Lauren remained so professional throughout, we were almost in tears with the previous owners and their doggo but everyone at White Cross stayed calm, professional and reassuring. Our pup can get very anxious at the vets but he left wagging his tail and saying hi to all the other pups. Definitely highly recommend!!”

“We took our dog last Saturday. Unfortunately we had to have our dog put to sleep. The vet was fantastic and we could with our dog and spend time with her. Vet was lovely and solved the problem in 2 minutes without stressing my cat. The receptionist was fantastic polite and only charged a nominal fee as I hadn't taken up a full consultation. “We have been with White Cross Vets in Walkden years now, they were amazing when my cat got attacked the vet actually drove us in his own car to the animal hospital as she needed to be admitted. Unfortunately she passed away at the hospital and someone from White Cross rang me a couple of days later to say sorry and they sent us a card. I had a 15 year old dog called Benson which I adopted when he was 11, they were outstanding with him from the minute I got him. When I had to have him PTS they were so caring and patient because I was a mess, the vet lay on the floor with me and Benson as he didn’t like being up high, so the vet suggested laying on the floor with his blanket she made one of the hardest things I’ve ever done so calming and not scary for Benson. We now have 3 cats and a dog and each of them get amazing care from them. The only thing I don’t like is the Emergency out of hours vets they use, as I have had 1 phone call to them and all they were bothered about was talking about money, I was asking for advise over the phone and they refused to give any saying they can’t do that. I did raise this with white cross afterwards when they were back open. Thank you everyone at White Cross in Walkden”

We took our fur baby Dillan at around 3am in an emergency who was in a lot of pain, the male vet that took care of him was so caring and empathetic, and sadly we had to say goodbye to him that night. The whole ordeal was made that bit easier on us, as we knew he was in good hands. We can't thank you guys enough. These vets really care about the animals in their care.”

“Woodcroft Vets in Handforth have been amazing since day one for our Romanian rescue. They offered us regular social visits (at no additional cost to the yearly payment) so he could get used to the environment and the staff on hand, and seeing him develop relationships has really helped him settle. The times we have had to call for assistance, the staff have been knowledgeable and helped us where required. A particular mention to Alex, who has been unbelievable in her support, care, advice and assistance throughout the first year of Carlo’s time with Woodcroft. If it wasn’t for her guidance, we would have had much more difficulty with finding the right fit for Carlo. Lastly, the pricing for the vets is very good, especially if you take out the yearly plan, which has a lot of essentials that individually would have been more costly. We can’t recommend them enough, and thanks as always for your help and support!”

“We are unable to praise Lauren enough. It's the first time we have ever used a mobile dog groomer and the way Lauren bonded instantly with "Tia" our 12 year old Border Collie was amazing. After a recent bad experience elsewhere, it was lovely to see Tia giving Lauren kisses whilst at the same time having her nails clipped.
