“I was recommended Chris Bramah (Extra Mile Health) by my running coach. Prior to Chris’s treatment I had suffered constantly with hypermobility syndrome. This was made worse by running - which I loved. I was in constant pain every day and found day to day tasks challenging. I went to Chris as a last resort, in the hope that I could live relatively pain free. What I did not expect was that after a few months of treatment/working alongside Chris in the gym, I would to be back running and running better than before!
