G T Blagg
● Closed146 Burton Road, West Didsbury, Manchester M20 1LH, United Kingdom“I needed a 5kg patio gas bottle on the same day that I contacted these guys for a trip away! I phoned at 4.40pm, 25 mins away from the shop so missed the boat by being able to go to shop...gutted! But then Geoff saved the day by giving me a call and said he would meet me half way on his way home and exchange my empty canister for a full one and hands down its saved my day! Incredible customer service, already recommended to family and friends and will certainly return! Thanks Geoff!”

Thornley Groves
● Closed722 Wilmslow Road, Didsbury, Manchester M20 2DW, United Kingdom“Choosing to sell my property via Thornley Groves proved to be the best decision I could have made. They quickly secured a buyer at my target sales price and were absolutely outstanding in their support throughout the conveyancing process. In particular, I would highly recommend Kirsty Challinor and Megan Williams in the Didsbury office because they are not only the ‘dynamic duo’ but also consummate professionals whom I cannot thank enough!”

The Dog & Partridge
● Closed665-667 Wilmslow Road, Didsbury, Manchester M20 6RA, United Kingdom“Traditional pub. Only had one quick drink. The pub had a few in it. Nice relaxed atmosphere. It's in Didbury Village near a lot of other bars and pubs. Maybe one to stop off, have a drink and check out, whilst bar hopping. Didn't notice menus, so not sure if they serve food. I will have to go back and check, lol, or Google it, but I'd prefer to go back... to be continued...”

Ye Olde Cock Inn
● Closed848 Wilmslow Road, Didsbury, Manchester M20 2RN, United Kingdom“What a nice pleasant Pub. Met a friend here for dinner, and was greeted nicely with friendly staff. Phone network was not good there (not their fault) which meant we ordered at the bar instead of the App - Which is quicker, easier and friendlier anyhow. Food was good, great value for money, another reviewer stated overpriced, this was £12 for a plateful of well cooked and tasty chicken. Some people expect 5 star hotel food and pub prices. All in all, a typical Pub, yes there may be some beer stains on the carpet or a lick of paint is needed somewhere, you just need to remember it is a pub, not a restaurant. And therefore has a much better atmosphere.”

McQueen Independent
● Closed677 Wilmslow Road, Didsbury, Manchester M20 6RA, United Kingdom“Curated clothes that are very special. There are two shops and I usually head to both (McQueens and Fonda) as they carry different pieces. Whenever I wear something from one of these clothes stores, people ask me where I got it from. I've even been stopped on the street and asked. Whoever the buyer is has a great eye for what stands out in the very best way. In my experience, the assistants have been very relaxed about me trying on loads of stuff, and have been honest about what works and what doesn't. Great quality too. And I think everything chosen has some sort of sustainability credential. More shops like these please!”
