“Can’t recommend Austen & Blake enough. Usually going to jewellers can’t be quite overwhelming and you’re never quite sure what you’re going to get. But they were so organised with bookings and you feel like you get all the attention and help that you need. We were so lucky to have Rosie guide us. She couldn’t have been more welcoming and really made the experience exciting and special. She’s a real asset to the place and a massive part of why we will now return back to Austen & Blake. “The shop is within walking distance from where I work, so decided to pop in for a quote. Had caught my engagement ring in the freezer drawer! It was one mishap too far and the stone popped out of the claws. Utterly devastated I sought advice from a lovely lady who advised me the ring would be sent off for a free estimate and costing for the work. They didn’t disappoint. I received a text with a price and a time, if I was happy to go ahead, when my ring would be ready. It looks like new! I’m certain it has been cleaned and the small repair has been flawless.
