“Myself and my partner couldn't recommend Monkey Puzzle Altrincham more highly, any parent looking for a place for their child, this is the place to go. Both my self and Bryan are over the moon with the facilities and the service they offer along with the passion and care shown by each and every member of staff. Our son James has developed so much, even in the few short months we have seen his social skills develop rapidly and his vocabulary is growing by the day. “Really enjoyed my stay here, the staff were outstanding and hospitable, the bar next to the lobby had a welcoming, cozy feel, wonderful menu and lovely rooms. I'm not sure about some of the complaints on the size, it seemed average to me, but it was very clean which is high on my importance list, as was the rest of the hotel. This hotel is away from the city bustle a bit, but a lot of trees around the property make it very relaxing and a pleasure to escape the traffic. My only feedback is the vegan sausage in the morning was freezer burned and a little bland, they can be tossed in oil & seasoning to add flavor, but fresh/defrosted is best. My veg pizza was wonderful, so was the veg burger. Great buffet in morning. Outstanding staff professionalism in housekeeping and lobby.”

Just wished our plans gave us the opportunity to enjoy the premises for longer. “If this was in the Lake District it would be a star attraction. Fortunately it isn't, so it remains very quiet and relatively unvisited. The approach from Bollington, past the derelict and dangerous Ingersley Mill, is interesting but worth it. Combine it with walks through Rainow, along Kerridge Hill and a visit to White Nancy and you have an excellent outing. But don't tell too many people otherwise it will lose its quiet charm.”

“Only stayed for one night as we went to a concert at the O2 Apollo. Front desk staff were super friendly & helpful; lovely, cosy interior seating and bar area on the ground floor; clean & tidy room with a comfortable bed & clean bathroom. Well-priced & pretty well situated. Can't complain.”

But I've never met anyone like Graham our driver we had yesterday,what an absolute gent,he was very cheerful,helpful and around amazing person. I also think he was our good luck charm. “Surprised to see reviews regarding customer service, our experiences here have always been fantastic. Staff are really helpful, always been greeted with a smile on arrival etc. Rules and layout of sessions are clearly given to make the session run smoothly. Amazing range of facilities, usually you would have to choose between a play centre or trampoline park whereas they have both here. Food is very reasonably priced too which is always a plus. Definitely recommend”

“When not in covid, Perfect place for young ones to kick a ball, throw a Frisbee. Large enough to socially distance, and a nice woodland area to walk around. About 1km to walk around the outside, with some picnic tables and in the summer, a chip and putt course.”
