Hotel Brooklyn Manchester
● Open“After staying here with my husband in the summer we returned last weekend to celebrate our anniversary. This hotel is really great, central location so easy walking distance to bars/restaurants/shops and just round the corner from Chinatown and the Gay Village. Both times the rooms have been lovely, we went for a bigger room the second time we visted as the standard rooms are a bit small (but very comfortable). The staff are always really friendly and helpful and the hotel even set the room up with a special complimentary anniversary treat for us. Breakfast and the bar are both nice too. Price is reasonable for a nice, central hotel and having stayed at a lot of different hotels in Manchester I'd recommend it as a fun place to stay. We will definitely be choosing to stay here again next time we're in the city!”

Vintage Store Manchester
● Closed965 Stockport Road, Levenshulme, Manchester M19 3NP, United Kingdom“From an experienced eye for vintage, antique, or retro, The VintageFurnitureCo has it all. The prices are set to sell. Anything your in the market for, you will be successful, or they will keep you in mind. I have purchased many items in the past, and frankly, they were perfect for me. I can say, I spent many hours there, until my relocation to the States. And I still miss it.”

Eden Girls’ Leadership Academy, Manchester
● Open40 Rayburn Way, Cheetham Hill, Manchester M8 8DT, United Kingdom“I DISAGREE with ALL those negative reviews below. Iam am a student of Eden Girls and this school has been positioned SECOND BEST SCHOOL IN ALL OF MANCHESTER Eden girls is a very organised school and keeps everything up to date. They have after school enrichments and intervention if your daughter is below target on a certain subject. Eden has high expectations but this doesn't make the school worse. We go on trips which the school pays for. All you have to do is turn up! I would DEFINITELY recommend this school Please send your daughter here and, trust me, you will not regret it!”

Grains Bar Hotel
● Open“Arrived for a family wedding . The staff are lovely and made everyone very welcome. Well done ladies! The rooms are very clean and some have fantastic views-we had a double room (number 11). The wedding room was so pretty and the whole thing was just lovely. Our food was absolutely delicious and I have to say that the garlic mushrooms on sour dough toast (starter) was fabulous! For breakfast we opted for the cooked option which was really nice and there was a veggie option too. The location is wonderful for people wanting dramatic outdoor photos with lovely scenery in the background. It was just lovely .”

Bacup Royal Court Theatre
● OpenRochdale Road, Bacup OL13 9NR, United Kingdom“This is a beautiful theatre and I am really glad there are still theatres like this. The staff are wonderful. The house band are absolutely next level, and the band members take the time out to chat with you and make jokes. The music and composition is absolutely perfect. I saw the Full Monty most recently, and it was absolutely fantastic. The music stood shoulders above the performances and the play itself 11/10!! It was a pleasurable experience overall in terms of the theatre and experience overall. I would definitely travel out of my way to see a play here again.”

The atmosphere and decor was amazing, I loved how the new modern glass building was connected to the old town hall building really blended in well. Service was as expected but the food well my burger meal was delicious hot and just hit the spot. The Mrs breakfast and cake looked good also and she wasn't disappointed”
