“What can I say except an absolute EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. I ordered three throws but on receipt of them two were a slightly different colour due to the batch being different. I wanted a particular batch as I preferred it and spoke to them about it. The customer service team advised they had two of the batch I preferred and they happily sent me those two as well as a package and return label to send the other i didnt want back at no cost to me. Now if that isn't great customer service then I dont know what is. They cared almost as if I was family. I am very happy with the blankets and they look beautiful on the sofa even my husband say they looks amazing and he never tends to care about anything decornin the house. “Firstly I think it’s important to note this is a cafe that is connected to a family support centre and counselling service. It’s cheap and it is supposed to be somewhere accessible for people who access the services next door, as well as for anybody who uses the park. I actually came here not because of this but because I had attended a baby class in the adjoining room, so my friend and I had coffee and cake here. It’s a great little place, so cheap and the staff are friendly too. There’s a seating area outside as well for warmer days. It’s a lovely little cafe if you’ve had a walk in the park or want to meet a friend with your little ones. They also offer a range of food and I’ve-cream in summer, but we always went primarily for coffee and cake, both of which were always spot on. We used to go here every week after baby classes, and will continue to do so after Covid. This cafe definitely deserves our support so that it stays open in the future.”

“Came as part of a hen party on a Friday night, the cabaret and music in between were both great. None of our party of 10 had been before but we would all go again. Drinks package was great. Two minor things were, with where we were located it was hard for us all to watch our drinks when other people came around and started using our tables (the two big wooden tables near the stage) one table would have been suitable for us all if they were separated. Also some of the party ordered food and it didn't arrive. Even so we all still had a great night.”

“A few months ago we decided we wanted a new kitchen and a re-model of the entire kitchen area including a new utility room being built in the ld garage, and huge panoramic sliding doors. We actually walked into the KDC out of pure chance as we were passing. Our experience from that point to now has been nothing short of exceptional. Rowan has helped us through every stage. All three of the designs he created for us were beyond any ideas we imagined ourselves. You think that Googling ideas is all you need to do, but when you have a professional designer helping it gets far better than that. One of the designs stood out to us. That was our kitchen. A few months later I sit right now in the finished kitchen blown away with how incredible it is. We are not exaggerating when we say our finished kitchen is far beyond what we could have imagined. It is the perfect kitchen for us. The whole process from that initial design, to recommending a builder to do all the work for us, to the entire build process Rowan was there for us to ensure everything went smoothly. It did. No dramas, no fuss, no compromise - just a happy positive experience. It is such a great feeling that when you have parted with many thousands of pounds, the majority of your life savings, and be so so happy in doing so. Our money was well spent and we don't regret a penny. We would not hesitate for a second to recommend the Kitchen Design Centre to anyone looking for a new kitchen. We have first-hand experience with the Urmston branch, but when we visited two other KDC showrooms to see the displays the staff were always helpful. If we could give 10/5 stars we would. “I stopped here for a night before my flight the next day. During Covid times they allowed me to check in at 8am which was fantastic. The rooms were spacious and comfy, not what you normally expect from an Airport hotel. You were always greeted with a smile (I think?) under the masks and anything I ordered to the room was prompt. I think the Manager was Matt and his team were fantastic and went above and beyond for me. Thanks to the young lad who drove me to the airport too! Would highly recommend to any travellers stopping by Manchester Airport.”
