The teacher's understanding and knowledge around trauma and how to safely support someone through Trauma Informed Yoga in their healing is outstanding. The course is set up with a perfect blend of self-enquiry and reflection, practical sessions and theory. I particularly liked the triad work in-between sessions as it gives us a chance to apply what we've learned as well as direct feedback from the other students. And I can report that they remain firmly in my mind as the most fantastic doggy daycare I have EVER come across. Each member of staff is absolutely lovely. And you can tell loves dogs and cares for them as if they were their own. The place is immaculate. And my dog is always daisy fresh and happy when I pick him up at the end of the day. In fact in the winter he often doesn't want to leave as they have heat lamps keeping him lovely and toasty. Lol. I literally couldn't recommend this place more highly.”

I have to have comfortable fitting shoes and I've found a gem of a shoe shop that supplies such high quality, comfortable fitting shoes. More importantly wider fitting ones too! In the past I've walked long distance and endured the pain but with Allens footwear I'm now able to to walk long distance in amazing pain-free comfort. The place looks great and is always busy. Although the cuts are a little more expensive (£15) than your average barber. It's definitely worth the extra. Please be aware that you have to book in for an appointment. Which i think is a great idea. Sat waiting in my previous barber for 2 hours at a time is the reason why i changed the 1st place.”

“Visited here a few weeks ago as my regular barber (Loll) had recently moved to the premises so wanted to give it a shot. Firstly, I know during Covid we're concerned with social distancing and safety for very good reasons. When i walked in the seating were all distanced apart and I was asked to only turn up when my appointment was ready to help ensure you weren't waiting. The gowns provided were disposable and the chair was bring cleaned when I walked in so put me at ease tbh. Loll is a fantastic barber and I've used her for years so if you're looking for a good haircut with a friendly service can't recommend her enough. She also does fantastic colours and it's in an easy to get to location! Can't recommend this place enough. As with most businesses now they're under strain due to Covid and I'm happy to see that they're taking it seriously and using extra time to make sure it's safe. So go support your local barber and get an amazing haircut from Loll!”
