“What a fantastic little roastery. I picked up a flat white and a bag of beans from them at Bolton food festival and I honestly can't stop ordering their coffee since. They've got a great range of coffee in their online shop that have become a staple at home, and are great for a wide range of brewing methods. I can't wait to try their cafe next! Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a local roastery in Manchester, especially love their atomic fable.”

“This was my second visit, and this time I decided to try the Kinoko Ramen. Even though it only contained veggies, the broth was rich and scrumptious. The shiitake mushrooms and tomatoes were not just cooked in the soup but also marinated and grilled, which add intensity and complexity to the flavor. Overall, I have no regrets about coming back to this restaurant and I am already hyped to go again.”

“Cheap modern and clean set up which was perfect for an overnight stay after going to a gig @ band on the wall ...literally about 100 yards down the road. Nice breakfast by the looks, but didn't partake. Would definitely use again for.the same reason... smack in the heart of the Northern Quarter of Manchester”

“I lived in Orient house when I am just arrived in Manchester, at first, I chose here because of the excellent position, you can walk to anywhere you want in 5 minutes, including the JD gym, the train station, city center, even my lab office. with the time passes. I get to know all of the staff in this building, Andrew, Rosalie, Irene, Simon, Chen, and Neil, they are very kind people and really helpful when you met difficulties. They let me feel about living home from another country. I am really appreciated what they did and I will choose to stay here until I finished my Ph.D. career.”

“Stayed here for a total of three weeks while visiting Manchester. I’ve already recommended it to 2 of my friends. The rooms were clean & comfortable, the staff was lovely, the location is ideal (with the nearest tram station & city center being a 6 minute walk) I had the loveliest time here and would definitely return”

“Very reasonable price and fantastic location. Room was spotless and good amenities. Iron and ironing board provided on request. Free wifi and tv in each room. Also spotless. If I had to fault, the maid walked in in the morning at 8am, she did knock and walk in but I didn’t think I would need to put the “don’t clean” sign on the door as we were only staying one night. But overall a pleasant experience and would definitely stay again!”

“We loved native. It's architecturally really interesting - really great use of this space. The room was beautiful and a lovely place to come back to. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. A couple of things that would have made it even better would have been some drawers to put clothes in and a full length mirror. All in all though we had a really great time and will definitely be back.”

“I came from London to watch a football game, the Hotel is right next to the Tram station, St Peters Square which was amazing and made everything easy, also is was like an 8min walk to the Shopping Centre and all other shops which made it easy. The Hotel staff were nice, the lounge was chilled and comfortable, the room was modern, clean, a bit on the small side but doesn't really matter since I'm not living there, the bed was so so comfortable and a clean and powerful shower. I've been to Manchester a few times now and this was the first time I stayed in this hotel and I will definitely be making it the hotel I stay at from now on.”

“Great location, right next to arndale and printworks. Really clean, all staff were pleasant. Very secure, have to use fob for building floor and room entry. When we found a tin next to the beds with ear plugs in we thought we may get noise from the stree and bars across but honestly heard nothing at all, we were on second floor. There were a few car parks near by but it is walking distance from Victoria station. Doors are heavy and closers on them make them slam quite loud. Needs more milk for drinks, next time we will take our own. Very warm in apartment but all radiators have individual thermostat controls, it was nice to people watch the people leaving printworks in December seb zero temperature while in a cosy apartment.”

“After staying here with my husband in the summer we returned last weekend to celebrate our anniversary. This hotel is really great, central location so easy walking distance to bars/restaurants/shops and just round the corner from Chinatown and the Gay Village. Both times the rooms have been lovely, we went for a bigger room the second time we visted as the standard rooms are a bit small (but very comfortable). The staff are always really friendly and helpful and the hotel even set the room up with a special complimentary anniversary treat for us. Breakfast and the bar are both nice too. Price is reasonable for a nice, central hotel and having stayed at a lot of different hotels in Manchester I'd recommend it as a fun place to stay. We will definitely be choosing to stay here again next time we're in the city!”

“Such a beautiful, historic (and modern) hotel! The hotel is Located within the Corn Exchange, giving immediate access to so many cool restaurants. I was upgraded to the incredible Guinea Suite! My suite was sooo quiet, no sound intrusion from other guests or street noise. I was only there for one night but I would definitely stay here again. When in Manchester, book here!!!”

“Really loved staying here. The room itself was very nice, stylish, functional and comfortable. The bathroom was fantastic, the kitchenette has everything you need to prepare your own meals (not that I cooked), and the wifi was very reliable. I was booked here by work to stay here for 3 nights and I was able to easily book an extra night myself and the hotel staff were able to easily arrange for me to stay in the same room and not have to check out and in again. I will likely stay here next time I'm in Manchester. The only negative thing I would say is that the lifts are slow or there are not enough of them, because I always had to wait and there always seemed to be people waiting to use them.”

“Just come back from Tanzania. Week long safari followed by a week in Zanzibar. From the minute we first met Peter Beswick at the Manchester store and booked our holiday right through to the end of our holiday everything has been perfect. “Ok guys you need to check this, it is a restaurant that has food on the go and yeah, the excellent communication with staff is really helpful to order the food. First, excellent communication to ordering the spaghetti carbonara does taste so good and yeah the sauce is creamy The word for metres is really in flavour the spaghetti is cooked the sauce is creamy and also the bacon is really crispy. Then at the end,We order some dessert that is the chocolate fondant that taste so good that the chocolate is really good and yeah, it’s like those Lava cakes I tasted in Hong Kong. The decoration on the dish and, I mean all dishes is amazing. Really enjoyed and you must also. And about the restaurant, the atmosphere and the lighting is amazing and even the stairs are lighted per step. They give out candles at night because it was late or dark enough outside to low the brightness on lights and use the candles. They also have this bar and I mean multiple bars that is literally a wine garden or heaven or whatever but also, the thing I’m looking for in most restaurants are clean toilets and yes, the toilets are clean. You gotta try it out I recommend it very very much.”
