“We had the pleasure of having 'Amazing Stephen' entertain our son and his friends for his 7th birthday party last weekend. It was fantastic and we couldn't have asked for more. Jack has been desperate to have a magician at his party for the past few years and Amazing Stephen definitely did not disappoint. As well as the magic/ puppet show, there was also lots of dancing to every song a seven year old could wish for with Amazing Stephen showing them the all the moves! As the children left there was a chorus of ' That was the best party yet!!!' much to Jack's delight. We would not hesitate in recommending 'Amazing Stephen' to anyone. Thank you once again Stephen.”

“So cheap compared to multiplexes. Very friendly staff and ice cream at the interval. 2 tickets plus a bag of minstrels, a can of coke plus 2 ice creams cost £20. It also brought back childhood memories of the guy with the torch who we cruelly called Lurch. We were kids and didn't know better. Will definitely go again soon”

“The lowry theatre is amazing! The shows they put on are perfect and the venue itself is kid friendly and let's the 'older' ones enjoy a delightful night out! They put on musicals, performances, and even art galleries. My favourite shoes that I've recently watched are Six, Blood Brothers and Clue!”

“Home must be up there with the best places I have visited. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, the food is excellent and at good prices, the staff couldn't do more for you if they tried. This place has everything a theatre can offer with a top rate dining experience. If you haven't been then go and try it out, you won't be disappointed. If Theatre isn't for you then just dine there.”

“This is only the second time I've visited this particular Cineworld as it's a little further afield than my local ones but in this instance it was the best one to visit given the times of the film I came to see. It's very easy to find for starters and I have to say that the seats are the most comfortable I've sat in at a cinema! Throw in the parking validation so that you get free parking and it's a winner all round! I'll definitely visit again (and again!)”

“Great cinema, probably one of the best I’ve been to. Went to see John Wick and the price was very good. What made it was the spacious & comfortable reclining leather seats, large drinks holder trays which fit my drinks, snacks and handbag! It was so comfortable I even took my shoes off and got super cosy. You can also get alcoholic beverages to take into the theatre! I’ve never seen this before so it was a nice added touch. Would recommended.”

“We went to see the new Whitney film on New Years Day evening. We bought tickets on arrival from a very pleasant supervisor. He promised us VIP treatment and we got it. Any questions asked - for example, when did the car park close? - he answered. We like coming here and this visit proved no exception.”

“For a small cinema its great very spacious seating no one kicking you in the back lol will definately be going bk the car park over the bypass is the best one to go too its Free parking & unlimited time where as market st you only get a two hr maximum stay just a pointer if a film is over the two hr slot.”

“Very well organised. Nice and clean. Disabled access was good. Bar drink code was adequate and refreshments were available. Excellent idea of being able to order drinks for the interim period so you could just pick them up. Toilets were superbly clean. Such a grand place to visit and experience.”

“Some guy with a violin occasionally comes and plays street music. And not the usual kind either, this stuff is acutally good. These 5 stars are for you, violin guy.”

“Clean, open planned, many workers behind the desks for quick queue times. The recliners were pretty good, but make sure when booking in a group of 2 you book smartly as the seats are connected in groups of 2 across the rows. 3d glasses were a bit cheap, for the cost of £2. Would recommend going, especially if you have a Vodafone or other deal.”

“Went here for a family meal had a carvery 3 course meal and really enjoyed it absolutely beautiful and will be returning again .”

“Went to watch The Lion King. On the circle in row B. Really great show, it's a must watch. Leg room was tight. I'm 6ft 2 and I would definitely go for a front row seat next time. Easy to get too as the train station is 30 seconds away. Can't fault it.”

“Stayed here for the weekend for my birthday. Lovely, clean hotel & good breakfast. Shops are all a good walking distance, you can pretty much walk everywhere. Parking is easy and simple too!”

“I used to be a Cineworld Unlimited member but with the pandemic getting me out of the habit of going, it's been about 4 years since I last set foot here. A lot has changed in that time and all for the better. They've spent a lot of money on the place and knowing the chain is in trouble I really hope they can turn it around. After today's visit I'm seriously considering becoming an Unlimited member again.”

“First time visiting the cinema today. Never been in before. it's huge! The lift wasn't working but there are escalators and stairwells to get you up the different floors. Our movie was on the 3rd floor so we had to go right to the top! There are food and drink kiosks on each floor so you don't need to navigate the escalator holding your drink and popcorn! Seats are very comfy and the cinema was very clean. Lots of toilets dotted about also. We took our own food in and a member of staff came in at the end of the movie with a bin bag so we were able to put our rubbish in on the way out.”

“Located in Didsbury where Wilmslow Road meets A34/Kingsway. The Cinema is part of the Parrs Wood Entertainment Complex which consists of a Ten Pin bowling with loads of great arcade games and a great selection of restaurants including Five Guys, Nandos, Wagamama etc The cinema has a Starbucks on the ground floor with plenty of seating Upstairs you will find a Ben and Jerrys style ice cream counter and the usual popcorn and drinks stations with a large choice of snacks and Sri is and a pick n pix wall. The bar area is lovely set up by a huge window looking out at Didsbury. The variety of screens here is impressive with Superscreens, 3D IMAX and 4DX. The seats are red leather reclining in some screens. A huge car park at the rear is handy plus there is a huge gym and casino too.”

“Good service clean and tidy quite pricey on the food and drinks, but I guess that's where they make the money, halfway through the movie a member of staff came in to theatre number five 5 , with some sort of hand held infrared device , night vision I guess, walking up and down both sides of the Isles, whilst pointing the device at the audience. If they are data collecting( filming people) I hope they comply with GDRP . So people would need to be informed of this , if this is the case, and then have access to the data. That's it I'm all done”

“The staff do an excellent job hear, especially martialing the local kids who are not at the cinemas but trying to cause trouble with the patrons leaving.!!.. so .hats off to them I wouldnt have the patients to have to put up with that..furthermore they shouldn't have to police their own venue - that's why we have a police force!! So 5 stars just for the staff..0 for the managme for putting the staff in this dangerous position.. it's totally wrong .!”

“Deadly spot to stay, booked the suite and it was unreal. Had the living room, massive bathroom and the comfy bedroom. In a great location, staff are lovely, rooms are clean and price isn't bad at all! Would highly recommend staying here”
