“Absolutely amazing experience. And such good value for money. We came as a large group 20 people, it was explained to us simply how to use the hot pots and staff were so keen to help (keep our hotpot topped up, refill our water) food was amazing, and so many different types of vegetarian food and gluten free clearly labeled, we were so impressed, and surprisingly filled up. Would definitely eat here again.”

“Absolutely love coming to wing yip, growing up i didnt really go to asian supermarkets and as i've got older i have come to love the trip to our local supermarket. The range and variety are absolutely stunning, there are brilliant little finds here, it sells dishes, pans and crockery that help transform your dining from casual kitchen to oriental fusion. On today's visit i bought some lovely chinese snacks, which i dont believe i could find anywhere other than here at Wing Yip, i got some vermicelli noodles, some fresh vegetables and fish, i also got some fermented black beans which are absolutely stunning, i also when visiting here always grab something random and try it and today was a bottle of Heinz Ox Sauce which i think i'll coat some deep fried chicken wings in. They also have a brilliant and extensive selection of frozen food from sui mai to frozen crabs. I'd say this place would be amazing for all your chinese cuisine needs. Highly recommend to anyone looking to shop and cook this amazing food.”

“Amazing experience. Food delicious and plenty of choice. Staff friendly and helpful. It's great ordering from your phone then the robot brings your meal, the longest time we waited was 10 minutes, and because you order six choices at a time there is plenty to be getting on with until your next choices. We soon got the hang of it and after advice from the 'human' server we ordered our next choices after the robot had delivered our food. Portions are a good size, in little bowls, so you don't waste any. First time being served by robots, such fun. We will definitely be going again, next time in the evening. Thank you for a wonderful experience.”

“Best Chinese we have tastest in a while our new go to Chinese the chow Mein for me personally was the best and only chow mein I have enjoyed they had thin noodles and I would ask for the egg noodles to try next time but nothing wrong with the thin ones at all. The salt and pepper ribs where meaty and very flavoury again the best ones I have tasted The chips where good and the curry was also nice The thing that made the whole service 5 stars was the Chippy closed at 10pm we ordered for pick up at 10:55 and they stayed open till 10:10 which is fabulous customer service. Would definitely recommend thank you so much!!”

“Whilst visiting Manchester we decided to go for a Chinese meal in China Town on a Thursday night. We weren't really sure of what to expect, just walking past many places I saw the menu and it had a good selection of vegan options so decided to take the plunge and popped in. The lady serving us was very friendly and opted for the chilli tofu with plain rice and my wife went for crispy aubergine. The kids ordered chicken chow mein (standard). It didn't take too long and became the highlight of my Manchester visit. Both the vegan dishes were sooo delicious I couldn't stop thinking about it days after ha.”

“I always get asian style from century city. S12 or s10. When Mai left the food went slightly downhill. Now that she is back the food tastes exactly how I like it. Their secret recipe is something else. Its addictive. They are a 5* with Mai as head chef.”
