“Samson and Nala spent 5 months with Helen and Jan, we initially thought it would only be a few weeks until we bought our house. It was an emotional time being separated from our fur babies, Helen and Jan cared for us as well as our cats, we visited often and always had a cup of tea and a chat. The rooms are amazing with lots of toys to keep them stimulated, they changed rooms for a change of scenery, Samson has a history of having a sensitive stomach and was fed top quality food, their emotional needs were met with lots of daily cuddles, we were kept updated and any problems Helen would let us know. Helen and Jan have a genuine passion for cats, we were so happy with their care. The day we picked them up was emotional for all, Samson and Nala are now settled in our new house and we will always be so grateful for the love and care of our fur babies. “My cats can be fussy eaters so I tend to take what ever they are eating at the time as I don't think you can expect the staff to cater for every different cat. I'm happy that they are safe and cared for . The staff do a great job”

“I can wholeheartedly recommend The Pet Spa. We have brought our two dogs here for years and wouldn’t take them anywhere else. They are both old now, and our little Oliver (Shih Tzu) is so frail he needs me to be with him to support him while he’s groomed. Colette is so gentle and patient with him. Our Westie, Sophie, adores going, to the point where she drags me into the salon with her tail wagging! They always look lovely when they’re done. Colette does a fabulous job and her prices are so reasonable. Definitely the place to have your dog groomed!”

“I was nervous about taking my pup to the groomers as I didn't want anything too short. Abi listened exactly to what I wanted and it was perfect. It was also my pups first time to the groomers and being alone somewhere he didn't know and she made him feel very welcome. He seemed very happy when I picked him up. Definitely would recommend.”

“We are unable to praise Lauren enough. It's the first time we have ever used a mobile dog groomer and the way Lauren bonded instantly with "Tia" our 12 year old Border Collie was amazing. After a recent bad experience elsewhere, it was lovely to see Tia giving Lauren kisses whilst at the same time having her nails clipped. “Our Doggy has been for the most beautiful pamper this morning. It was his first ever time going to a dog groomers and he was really anxious when we arrived. Eve and her husband where just so gentle and patient with him and he's a big dog too! When we left we could just feel he was in good hands. He has had so much done and Eve sent us pictures and videos too! we loved watching him have such a brilliant time. He looks fabulous! We will be back again for sure next month. “It was the first time our two dogs had been away from us in kennels so we were very apprehensive as to how they would cope, we were away for nearly 3 weeks. They received the best care and both came back very happy and healthy. We phoned a few times when we were away to get updates, which were always positive and informative. When we collected our dogs the staff expressed how much they loved the dogs and had really enjoyed having them. Would definitely recommend.”

“I took my very nervous french bulldog to have her nails clipped for the first time at poochys grooming and the lady was very nice and calming, if my dog could talk she’d probably say she had a terrible time having her nails clipped but I would say differently I had a lovey experience and I would definitely recommend to other Thank you :)”
