“This a a very well kept public car park. The lifts are clean and the attendant can often be see walking around on duty. Last month I miss placed my phone and when i rang it a kind gentleman answered only to tell me I had left it on the pay machine. He had it in his office waiting for me. When I arrived back the gentleman Patrick was very polite and opened the barrier so I don't have to pay for the car park again. He is a Real treasure, lovely meeting you Patrick. RS Autos were the only garage willing to attempt the repair of our car in time for collection the following Saturday (we were en route from Anglesey to the Yorkshire Dales). The service we received was first class. A clutch replacement was required and although they were busy they went out of their way to complete the job in time for collection on the Saturday morning. Although the garage was normally closed the owner travelled a considerable distance to meet us and give us the keys. They did a very good job replacing the clutch on the car. “I only went in on spec to see if they could fix my side light and how much it would cost . The mechanic who dealt with me was quick and attentive. I was very happy that he supplied and fitted the bulb for free. I am not saying that they can do that in all cases because it depends on any complications with wiring or how difficult it is to get access to where the bulb fits. Initially, I thought twice about going to this garage because of it’s location. It’s a very busy little road and not enough space for cars to pass. There’s also always cars parked on the right hand side of the road as one enters. There is some manoeuvring room near their entrance and NAZs garage though.”
