“We had the pleasure of having 'Amazing Stephen' entertain our son and his friends for his 7th birthday party last weekend. It was fantastic and we couldn't have asked for more. Jack has been desperate to have a magician at his party for the past few years and Amazing Stephen definitely did not disappoint. As well as the magic/ puppet show, there was also lots of dancing to every song a seven year old could wish for with Amazing Stephen showing them the all the moves! He was highly professional and reliable, and had a high quality set up of music and lights - which really elevated the party. He kept the music and energy going throughout the two hours: his music selections went down brilliantly, as did games and shout outs to the children. He was also an enormous help in rounding the children up for food, games, cake etc. David was brilliant with the children and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommended him for parties and events.”

I was upset and frustrated from the call centre agent and when I arrived in store I explained what had happened and it was resolved, with a smile and a glass of fizz. “Lovely people! They greet you with the first gift for baby! Very profesional! You need to pay in advance a fee and when you arrive pay de other part! Then the clinician take you to the scan room! They explain everything and allow family members to join. Scan really good, she explained everything and ask us if we had more questions. She share with us some pictures that we love and also they send the pics to the mobile! Love the fact that i was able to book in the evening and that they had availability! Other companies told me i could do in a week!”

“I'd initially booked a two week jaunt to South Africa for my Dads 60th and after months of uncertainty we got the call that it couldn't go ahead. Despite this, Black Opal had stayed in touch throughout the entire experience, reassuring us that they would do everything in their power to make it happen. Alas, it was out of their hands. Black Opal quickly arranged an alternative trip to Murrayfield to at least watch the Lions on home soil and what a day it was, we saw all of the players board the buses prior to playing and a stellar 3 course meal with guest speakers. We had great seats and the atmosphere was as good as we could of expected. Black Opal accommodated a payment method they did not previously accept for me to pay for the entire trip and we got great rates for the initial trip to South Africa and the revised trip to Edinburgh. I'd not used a travel operator before, but I can assure you reading this and Black Opal I do not intend to go elsewhere ever again for sports excursions. Special mention to Ben Collis for the initial handling of my enquiry but my utmost thanks and appreciation goes to Kathryn Morris who was instrumental in the handling of our initial trip when it was in limbo and arranging our trip to Edinburgh. I cannot recommend this group enough.”
