“Went for an early gender scan as we were disappointed with the 12week NHS scan that we received. Staff were lovely and accommodating. We never felt rushed. Baby was laid in an awkward position. We were asked to go for a walk and come back and try again. The sonographer explained details of our baby to us and also to my stepson to help him feel involved in the process. Amazing experience. Cannot recommend enough”

“We booked via groupon for a 3D scan. We had booked with an other company but the scan had been unsuccessful and wanting to have the decent scan we thought we try my baby company. The first day we attended our baby was not being cooperative, so the ultrasound nurse suggested that we go for a quick walk and come back to see if its improved things. We tried again but unfortunately due to position of the baby and the placenta it was impossible to get a decent picture of our baby. The ultrasound nurse asked us very nicely to return back the following day which we agreed. Upon returning the following day we went in for the scan and to our joy we were able to get some decent 3D images of our baby. The ultrasound nurse was constantly trying to get the best possible image she could and on both days she tried every trick of the trade to make sure that we saw our baby’s face. Even when we had a wonderful view of our daughters face the nurse was still trying to get the best possible picture she could even when we were a 100% satisfied. The second day was free of charge and the warmth and friendliness of the nurses made us feel comfortable and valued. They asked us lots of questions about our daughter and the pregnancy. Would definitely recommend to any expectant parents. Great quality, great consultancy. Thank you very much.”

“Good service team With a guy called Ethan helps me look for my and tell me with shopping they allowed bring me bike in and then and the end after the Check-out there’s a guy he helps me and also a 2 girls customer and 1 girl worker and then and the end I thought my bag was close so the eggs fries etc falls out more stuff falls only the eggs breaks and they gave me a free eggs replacement and I really recommend to go there and free parking lot”

“This baby sensory class is brilliant and Katie is so friendly! I went to Bloom classes with my son 3 years ago and now I’m going again with my daughter and we love it! The class is fun and engaging with props provided, singing/dancing and even baby massage at the end to relax the little ones! I’d recommend this class to anyone who has a baby and I’ll be sad when my little one will be too old to come to them!”

“Had a truly wonderful experience at CARE, every person we encountered on our visits really made me comfortable and they were thoughtful and so kind. Every step of the process, from egg collection to embryo transfer, was explained thoroughly, they were there to listen to any questions I had, I never once felt nervous in their care and I was actually really relaxed, and I’m normally such a panicky person, I felt no stress at all and we we’ve been very lucky that our ivf journey has resulted in a pregnancy. I can’t thank every nurse, dr, technician (apologies that I don’t remember everyone’s jobs) enough for making this journey a stress free and wonderful journey”

“Brilliant facilities with a warm pool and purpose-built changing areas. Good spectator viewing too, perfect for the grandparents to watch. The lessons have made me more confident in the water with my baby. Mark at the Timperley location is wonderful with the babies. Would highly recommend and I hope to continue even after maternity leave is over.”

Rachel the session leader is very friendly and full of knowledge, my little girl struggled with interacting with certain objects in these classes and Rachel shared her experiences on how to desensitise her with has worked amazingly.”
