Unfortunately the issue was something that needed to be fixed at a BMW specialist but the service was great, I brought it in on the off chance they could look that day, which they did for me straightaway. “I would like to disagree with the previous review as I find the guys at ABS Stockport very hard working and professional. I have also seen the way a minority of customers speak to the staff and found it shocking what they have to put up with. I saw a guy once get very angry with them because he wanted parts at staff prices but didn't work for them and was an ex employee from another branch. I think the staff deserve a medal for putting up with people like this and shouldn't face the abuse they receive when just trying to do a job and made even more difficult with the covid restrictions. Keep up the hard work guys and try to brush off the nasty guys.”

I then received a phone call to discuss the fault it was then repaired and the car was delivered back to me. It has even been washed. "What is in it? “ It cost him his call-out fee but gained him much appreciation and respect, as well as a future customer if I ever truly need his services. This guy is a gem of a find; a bit of integrity goes a long way these days. And btw, the answer was, "a bathmat". So don't be trying to spin your bathmats folks! (And yes, I know the drum needs to be balanced, but I've done it many times before and it has been fine. Definitely won't be doing it again though.) Thanks Craig!”

The customer service was very good which makes a nice change for a Garage they was accommodating with the MOT time But the best thing was they did not make up fictitious problems or faults with the car. The service I received was so good I booked in another 3 of my family members cars and took them when a job did need doing I was told and offered for them to repair of for myself to do but there price was so good using quality parts I had them do the job.
