But they were so organised with bookings and you feel like you get all the attention and help that you need. We were so lucky to have Rosie guide us. She couldn’t have been more welcoming and really made the experience exciting and special. She’s a real asset to the place and a massive part of why we will now return back to Austen & Blake. Emma was brilliant and completely understood what I was looking for. She came up with several different options in different colour ways and prices, samples also arrived really quickly, along with answers to questions and additional inspiration for cushions and footstools. “Have been going here for a number of years, for a small jewellers they have a good range of products, and a good range of jewelry with amber settings, and if one sees earrings with hook settings, and so don't bother to buy, it is possible to have studs fitted as an alternative, and the owners are very helpful.”

After considering my options I decided to have a new ring made using the diamonds from the old ring and Harvey produced 2 designs for me to choose from. 4 weeks later I returned to the shop to pick my new ring up. To say I was surprised is an understatement. The quality of the workmanship from the workshop staff was superb and I'd like to include them in this review in recognition of their involvement in producing the best ring I've ever owned. Harvey was, of course, really helpful with advice and guidance and the service was second to none.”

“Well I love this place. Food was brilliant if a little expensive and it took a while to arrive as it was really busy. Mix up over the drinks was put right soon enough. The cafe has been taken over by the shop co-located with it. Results are great. Staff were lovely and they also have raised over £1000 for the victims of recent terror attacks.”
