“Such amazing professional staff all round. My 13 year old dog had an operation here. Service and care was amazing. Staff pollite and friendly. And even though they work on contribution. The service and care is amazing. They work so hard on our sick animals. I can't thank them enough for he care and what they did for my dog. Lovely place with lovely talented staff. Thank you so much xx”
Heaton Park Animal Centre
“Fantastic little place for the kids. Lots too look at and animals all looked well. Plenty of room for them. Will definitely come again soon.”
SEA LIFE Manchester
“I was concerned that it was more of a kids attractions but it wasn't. You can see a lot of different species that were rescued, you can snorkel with sharks paying a bit more and you can also touch starfish and cleaner fishes that remove dead skin from your hand ( this is a free option!) Overall nice experience. Really loved it”
Carr Lane Little Animal Farm
“I strongly recommend Absolutely fantastic place If you want to spend a nice time with animals You don't necessarily have to be a fan of cows and it's great”
Animals In-Tuition (Stockport, Cheshire) - Children's Parties
Naze View Farm
“Fabulous afternoon with Clare and her alpaca buddies. We all had so much fun and Clare made it a really interesting afternoon. Loved meeting her beautiful sheep too. Had a very jolly time would definitely recommend a visit”
Woodlands Alpaca Farm
“I recently visited a farm with alpacas and I have to say it was a delightful experience. The farm was well-maintained and the alpacas were well-cared for. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they provided a wealth of information about these fascinating creatures. The highlight of the visit was getting up close and personal with the alpacas. They were friendly and curious, and I was able to feed and even touch them. The farm also offered alpaca walking experiences for £27.50, which was a unique and enjoyable activity.”
Victoria Park Vets
“This is such a great vet clinic, they really do treat your pets like their own, it's so lovely. The continuity of care is a massive bonus too, always the same friendly faces at every visit rather than a different vet every time you go like at some clinics. I'm very happy to have Sarah and Archie treating my pets and happily recommend them to everyone.”
Vale Royal Falconry Centre
“First of all, a big thanks to Nanette for such a brilliant day! My partner booked the birds of prey experience for both of us as a Valentines Day gift and it was full of knowledge and fun! It was easy to see how much passion Nanette has for wildlife which we admired and we even put to bed any bad opinions on vultures as Nanette wanted to showcase how these birds are actually quite funny and interesting regarding how they have their place in disease prevention in third world countries. There are so many birds here and all are beautiful and have their own character. Thanks again for such a great knowledgeable day and we’ll definitely be back soon for the Meerkat experience! Matt and Lauren x”
Medivet Ramsbottom

Gauntlet Birds of Prey – Eagle & Vulture Park, Knutsford
“We went last Saturday, with our two grand children, aged 9 +11. We all had an absolutely fantastic day. The handlers were so informative about all the birds, and the history, and present day plight of Vultures in the wild was described in a caring manner. If you do go, whatever you do, don't miss the 3pm flying display, it was awesome. The kids fed the goats, and really enjoyed the meerkat's too.”
Briar Dawn Veterinary Centre - Shaw
“Top, friendly vets! Managed to squeeze my dog in for a last minute appointment when ill and within a few hours of treatment already on road to recovery! Love the discounts with the healthy pet club also!”
Aqua Nurture
“I visited with my daughter and grandsons. It was lovely. A small comfortable cafe. The staff were friendly. Small pool...Nice to see the swimming from the cafe”
Reddish Vale Farm
“Wow! What a magical experience! We always have a great time at Reddish Vale Farm but the Santa Experience was something else. The amount of creativity and magical touches that have gone into creating magic and memories blew me away. The outfits are amazing , the decorations are spot on, the Christmas trees are huge and it all really makes you feel like you are at the North Pole. My son is 5 but I can see us going for a few years to come as it was so cleverly done and watching his face take in all the magic was so wonderful. There are even silly things for the Adults to spot like the Elf and Safety poster and there are photographs in Santa’s grotto of the actual actors. All the elves and Santa were brilliant but my personal favourite was Mrs Claus you are a star. The experience is so organised there are no long waits and it all feels covid safe you need to wear a mask but the spaces are large and well ventilated and some of it is outside too. We couldn’t believe how much you got to do and keep there was an large plush Elf toy that you stuffed yourself and an elf certificate then a letter to Santa and then a gingerbread decorating session which you could eat or take home and hot chocolate for the parents. They got sweets from the elf shop and then the usual toy from Santa was age specific and not one of those that falls apart on the way home! To anyone wondering if it’s worth the money it absolutely is, go for it!”
Dogwood Referrals
“Saved my cat's life when he had a very complex operation for a larynx carcinoma cancer. Despite a terminal diagnosis my cat, Whisk is alive and well and is doing great, with no recurrence of the symptoms 18 months later. These vets are dedicated, humane, professional and compassionate and they are doing god's work. I got regular phone calls, updates and constant reassurances and my cat adored the staff here. I would recommend them to anyone needing a good vet.”
Pimhole Community Farm
“Stuart gives his whole life to rescuing Animals in need! At his stage in life, to still be working tirelessly, with very little help is to be admired. Please support if you can, donations are always welcomed.”
Ashleigh Veterinary Centre
“Unfortunately I had to bring my poorly kitten here to be put to sleep after a horrible experience with another vet who had seen him first. The vet herself was amazing and offered so much more advice/options for my kitten than the original vets I had been to did. We sadly came to the decision that the best thing for him was to be pts. She was extremely compassionate, let me have as much time with him as I needed, I felt comfortable and at ease with her during such a sad time and I’m glad I picked Ashleigh vets for this heartbreaking time. Thank you.”
Wythenshawe Community Farm
“My great granddaughter loves this place and she really loves feeding the goats and seeing cows close up. Shops got good quality food to.”
Vetcare Ltd Bolton
“Some reviews are extremely unfair, and please remember there are two sides to every story. The vast majority of our lovely clients and their pets are very happy indeed with the personable service we provide. Also the review from Mike Hughes is not meant for Vetcare Bolton,as he didn't attend there.”
My Pets Vets
“Willow came to My Pets Vets for her spay operation in March 2022. When we went to collect her she had a large bleed and had to be rushed back in. Willow had to stay overnight, and we collected her in the morning without issue. Throughout the time Willow spent at My Pets Vets they were in constant regular contact with us, keeping us updated and alleviating any concerns. When Willow had her bleed the receptionist and the vet dropped everything to ensure that she was okay, and it's really nice to know that you are leaving your pet in the hands of people who truly care. Changing our vet to My Pets Vets is one of the best decisions we've made in a long time. The helpfulness of everyone at the surgery, as well as the use of their app, has made the whole process of taking our pet to the vet a lot easier than we ever imagined.”
GoVets
“Took my rabbit here to be neutered. The vet was lovely, explained the risks and all. Just a slightly negative experience with the receptionist as she mixed up the date of my appointment but still gave 5⭐️ as Tofu was fine after the procedure (was nervous abt it since rabbits are extremely fragile and could die from this).”
Buchanan Veterinary Group - Monton
“We've been going to bucannans for over 14 years now. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else. From the resptionists to the vets themselves, they're all so kind and caring.”
Willows Veterinary Group - Birchwood Vets
“I honestly can’t recommend these vets enough. My dog is already registered here & I have nothing but an amazing experience every time they have dealt with my dog. I have so much trust & faith in them. Today they helped me with an injured wild rabbit, the receptionists / vet nurses were so lovely, kind and helpful to me and the rabbit. I was so upset and they constantly reassured me. More importantly the team got the poor rabbit out of pain too. Such amazing vetinary practice and a credit to all animals. Thank you. ❤️❤️❤️”
Apple Jacks Adventure Farm (Seasonal)
“What a fantastic day out! A perfect day outdoors with my two young children (aged 2 &4) with plenty to do. We particularly enjoyed the bouncy castle tent, the jumping pillows & the hay bales created hours of fun! Would definitely recommend to families and will be returning ASAP!”
Pets corner
“Great little place with some goats, hares, chickens, doves, rabbits and squirrels and all other wildlife. Even some wild parrots in the park sometimes. Volunteers work hard to keep this place going.”
