“I want to share my amazing experience after being served by Adam on December 3rd. This guy absolutely made my day. I brought my bike in because there were a lot of things that needed fixing. People at Halfords told me that it'd cost me a lot to fix it and that they'd need 5+ days to have it ready. I ask Adam for advice and this guy is already getting his hands dirty, trying to fix my bike. It only took him less than 15' to repair the things I needed help with, whilst looking after my bike as if it was his own. Honestly, I'll only be visiting Decathlon from now on and he's the reason why. He was super polite and helpful, which made the experience even better! Thank you so much Adam! :)”

“After the poor experience from JD I went to Footasylum were i was greeted by staff. I chose the trainers that I wanted and a tall gentleman looked after me and was quick and efficient.
