“I have been going to True Dentistry for a number of years after having another private dentist who did some work that was poor. I am extremely phobic of any medical intervention but especially needles. I have recently had some treatment which required local anasethic. “I came to this dentist after a week of excruciating pain. From the moment I walked in I found the care was fantastic. The lady on reception was lovely. I told her I was so much pain, she got me some water with glucose and paracetamol. The dentist saw me as soon as he could after hearing the pain I was in. I wasn’t due till 2.30 but he numbed me and done the X-ray at 2pm. He took me out of pain within the 1 hour and did a marvellous job. I cannot thank him and his team enough. I've never been to a private dentist before but couldnt reach my NHS dental practice to help with a broken crown/bridge right before Christmas so I called the Bramhall Smile Clinic emergency number.
