The Rise Up Children's Choir, located at 1 Middle Street in Brunswick, Maine, is a program of the Unitarian Universalist Church. Our choir is made up of children aged 5 through 11, who come together to experience the transformative power of music. Through a diverse selection of songs including world music, classical pieces, gospel, and folk songs, we aim to inspire a lifelong love of singing, boost self-esteem, and promote good citizenship. Under the direction of Nell Britton, a highly qualified and experienced music educator, our choir rehearses on Thursday evenings and performs on the first Sunday of each month.
