Bonneau's School of Taekwon-Do, located at 28 Jameson Hill Road in Old Orchard Beach, Maine, is a health institution offering traditional Taekwon-Do coupled with practical self-defense training. Founded in 1997 by Head Instructor David H Bonneau, a 6th Degree Black Belt with over 30 years of law enforcement experience, the school provides a family-friendly atmosphere where students can progress at their own pace. Classes are held at The Ballpark in Old Orchard Beach, with a focus this year on practical fighting skills and proper breathing techniques. The school follows the teachings of the International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF) and offers a variety of training drills and activities to improve skill, coordination, and timing. New students can take advantage of a special introductory offer, and public safety personnel and members of the Armed Services receive additional enrollment discounts.
