The Fitness and Recreation Center at 152 Quebec Street in Farmington, Maine offers a variety of group fitness classes such as step-aerobics, Zumba, spinning, yoga, pilates, water workout, and kickboxing. With professional fitness trainers, swim lessons, children's programs, and American Red Cross programs available, the center aims to improve the health and well-being of both the University and local community members.
