Whitesands Beach, located on Sandstone Boulevard in Bogalusa, Louisiana, is a popular tourist attraction offering a white sandy beach where visitors can enjoy playing volleyball or simply relaxing under shaded cabanas. The beach is open on weekends from the first weekend in May until Labor Day Monday. Cabanas are available for rent and come equipped with BBQ grills.
