"Absolutely great service, friendly staff and my package arrived on time and loaded with no damage!"

"I had some equipment shipped and Estes final mile delivered the freight to my place of location. My manager was signing for the shipment as I was walking through the door and i instructed her to stop and not stop until I inspect for damages. Well the freight was badly damaged and the delivery guys called their office and had the paperwork sent back so I could mark the documents as damaged. When i filed the claim they produced the “not damaged” documents. So Estes investigated and their delivery guys confirmed my story but Estes final mile was unresponsive and would not provide the proper documents. Dont use these people"

"Good place to work supposedly but a little misleading in job ads. They offer a ten year vetran a good paying driving position in ads, then want you to work the docks to start for less pay, eventually bumping to driver. Nope!!! I have over a decade and a million miles hauling hazmat. I am not loading your box van, a no experience kid's job, for peanuts."

"Wish there was a negative star. I waited forever for a playhouse to be delivered. When this company called to set up a date and time I explained that my house was a distance from the road. The lady assured me there would be no problem with the delivery to my home. The delivery guy sat outside the wrong house for about 5 minutes. I had to go outside and walk to the road to the road to show him where I lived. When the delivery guy gets to my driveway he tells me that he cannot delivery to my home that he will have to leave it on the road. I told him the conversation I had with the lady and he said he simply couldn't deliver to my home. I called the company with him right there, the man I spoke to said he could take the order back and ship on a smaller truck and put me on hold. When he got back on the phone he said he couldn't do that either. (I forgot to mention that it had just finished raining and rain was scheduled for all week.) I explained to the driver that he couldn't leave it on the road so he said he could leave it on my driveway. I told him he couldn't leave it there because I was leaving for work. Long story short I was unable to go to work because I was blocked in because he did indeed leave the shipment at the end of my driveway, literally touching the road in the biggest puddle of water which blocked me in. NEVER, I repeat NEVER use this company!!!! Seems like every person I spoke to had some type of listening/understanding problem! They lack the ability to satisfy the customer wants, needs, or demands. Don't give this company your hard earn money!!!! I also wrote the company that shipped the playhouse to me and sent photos advising them as well to NEVER use this company again!"

"Poor customer service! Was scheduled for delivery and mysteriously they didn't get put on the truck. Arrangements were made for a later delivery that day. 3 hours later they called me and said they decided I would have to wait till the next day."
