"Simply an amazing experience from start to finish! I am in town just for a couple of days for LSU Family Wknd. I soiled a pair of pants traveling yesterday. Brought it into the cleaners this morning for same day service and was told the pants would be ready for pickup on Monday. Too late for me! The owner (Shel?) and his wife went OUT OF THEIR WAY to treat at least the stained area of my pants so that they are wearable again. FOR NO CHARGE! Thank you to both of them … what great customer service, skill and hospitality!"
"I had done business with Peerless for a couple of years before this happened: I dropped off a $1500.00 pant suit to be dry cleaned. The coat was a beautiful black peacoat with matching pants of the same material. When I went to pick them up they told me there was no jacket, only the pants. Because I had done business with them prior I had not gotten a receipt for what I dropped off. They told me that was too bad and they did nothing about it. It was almost as if they thought I was lying about my jacket. This has bothered me for years so I thought I'd tell someone."
"I’ve tried numerous dry cleaners in the area and none have come close to service and quality at Peerless. To top it off I had over $300 in cash in one of my pants pockets and didn’t realize it was missing. When I picked up my clothes they had it in a separate bag waiting for me.
