"This place is a perfect example of to not judge a book by it's cover, it literally is a diamond in the ruff! The good doctor is originally from Houston, TX. And she is very thorough in her examinations! The first time I brought my child to see her, she discovered he had anemia! Something that has gone undiagnosed for years most likely while using his previous doctor. She has helped to get my child back to good health, and goes above and beyond by calling me herself! How many doctors do you know that actually take the time to call and talk to you? It's normally their assistants relaying the information. Anyways, you can definitely tell this is a passion of hers, she really strives to make a personal connection with the parents and her patient's. I get the impression she's a bit of a "straight shooter", you know, takes the doctors coat off and comes to your level to give it to you straight. Her staff is always improving on hospitality, although it could use some more improving, just like any other business, there is always room for growth. I have a feeling before too long, Dr. Dickey will be making a name for herself. Location isn't the best, and signage could be better in helping to locate the building, and inside could definitely use a makeover (updated look). And as far as that Brittany Casey lady in the reviews a little further below my comment... had you brought you child back to Dr. Dickey and allowed her to examine the child after you pointed out that it got worse and no improvements were happening with rash, she probably would have assessed the situation and looked into that possibility of an allergy to food. You didn't give her an opportunity to address the situation. Some doctors find problems the first time, some it takes ruling out other possibilities. She obviously was close by thinking it was an allergy by suggesting soap. Just saying."
