"Simply the worst attorney you can pick you are probably better off representing yourself which is basically how my experience went. I used them to sue my hurricane Ida insurance company that kept blowing me off. For the first 4 months of our relationship I was led to believe the paralegal was my attorney, then once my real attorney was revealed she wanted nothing to do with interacting with me about my case until finally she wanted to see me and my property the Saturday before mediation and showed up an hour late looking like she was on a 5 day binder and talking out of her head because she was obviously on serious drugs. She showed up to mediation looking the same way and then realized the damage claim she filed was on the wrong building and it exceeded the policy limit by 80k on lesser value building and then she just wanted to settle for some low ball amount because she filed wrong. I basically just sent her to sit quietly In the corner while I conducted my own mediation and got 100k more than she wanted me to settle for. They are also straight crooks because one of the "reasonable expenses" they recouped from me was $16800 to have an adjuster come out and do a damage assessment and write an estimate like any other adjuster and he was here the normal hour or too. I got a copy of the paper and they paid the adjuster $800 with a balance of 16000 pending litigation. The worst and crookedest people I have dealt with. I was pushed off to them when I initially called dudley debosier so would be leary of them as well since they are all in bed together and part of my settlement went to them lmao."
