"Hi to all me and my family had the luxury of staying her for a couple nights staff are friendly, wonderful, helpful they starting from the front desk they go above and beyond to accommodate and make sure your stay is well worth it. Security is provided, a courtyard where one can enjoy get your hot or cold breakfast onsite, housekeeping is amazing , and enjoy the sunlight that is awesome, parking , pool side with hot tub and a big plus that it is an attractive spot on st. Charles near all sorts of restaurants and street car. I want to send a shot out to Nya, Devin and the manager , I forgot the houskeepwr name who assist the first morning I did remember her . Thank you to for helping my daughter whom made our stay well worth it. Thank you all for everything."
"I hate to say it but the whole experience there was anything but pleasant. When we arrived, they only had 5 rooms for us rather than the 6 that we had prepaid for. I had to spend 2 1/2 hours at the desk before they finally got us the 6th room. Only to find out, the room was in a different building, not with our other 5 rooms. When we got up the morning of the wedding, none of the rooms had hot water. We all took cold showers. When I asked about it and requested that we not be charged for that night I was told that someone would call me after 10m that day. Never got a call. I also ask about what was going to be done to compensate us for not having hot water. They informed me that there was nothing that they could do, saying that the hot water was a city-wide issue. How stupid did they think I was, like the whole city of New Orleans uses the same water heater. I would not recommend this hotel."
"Currently staying here for 1 more nights. Definitely a 2 star hotel. Room is disgusting. Ice machines do not work. Sketchy employees. I never felt so unsafe in a hotel. Legit an uneasy feeling. Very hard to fall asleep."
"The rooms are kind of small for the price, but the services break. They're very friendly. It's a good location. Everything is well maintained. I enjoyed my stay there and I would go back. It's a good little vacation spot"
"The rooms were fairly nice. Bed was comfortable, pillow a bit lumpy. It’s not the Ritz, but a fairly comfortable 3* motel. Breakfast was pricey, but good. Room was a good value for the price. Felt safe in the neighborhood even though there was a small homeless population nearby under a bridge."
