Sweetie’s Bar-B-Q is a beloved institution located at 401 Texas Street in Natchitoches, Louisiana. Founded by Daryl Walker, also known as "Sweetie", this restaurant is known for its delicious BBQ dishes cooked with love and flavor. Sweetie has been perfecting his BBQ skills since his early teens, and his passion for cooking shines through in every dish. While BBQ is the specialty, there are also a variety of other mouth-watering dishes on the menu. Sweetie loves catering events and participating in BBQ competitions, where he gets to meet new people and share his tasty creations. In January 2022, Sweetie and his wife Trisha, also known as "The Boss", started Sweetie's Bar-B-Q Food Truck, selling their delicious food two days a week while still working their full-time jobs.
