"Friendly and smooth closing. Just be careful if you are doing refi cash out and are paying off your credit card debts. Thanks for your response, I have made it best practice by removing what was sensitive about the service. I also has updated it from AVERAGE to POOR rating due to the fact that instead of remedying the situation, I get a very toxic response. Hope this has nothing against the best practice between us."
